ABOUT THE ANNUAL BUDGET PROCESS
The Annual Budget accounts for all anticipated revenues and expenditures for Fiscal Year 2003-2004. The new fiscal year begins on December 1, 2003. This proposed budget has been agreed to by the Board at its meeting on October 22, 2003, and is now available for public inspection. The Board will adopt the annual budget at its adjourned meeting on November 24, 2003.
