The Knox County Board has declared that a portion of
the property
formerly known as the Knox County Nursing Home Farmland is available
for sale. This property is located North of Knoxville on
County Highway 9 just North of the Knoxville American Legion.
A small portion of this property may be used as a roadway to the
Knox County Nursing Home. Sealed bids/offers will be
accepted for this property. Offers may be submitted to the
Knox County Clerk's office during regular business hours. All
offers will be brought before the County Board for
consideration. Any decision by the County Board on either
accepting of declining of bids will be done in writing to the
interested party.
